The Villa is apr 350 sq.m of internal places and 450 sq.m of outdoor areas (decks, verandas, parking areas) + the pool of 80 sq.m. This amazing Villa has 3 different stages, the rooms are 7 + 1 in total and you could divide it in 4 different types as follows : At the first floor we find 5 rooms + 1 room in total. Please notice that all rooms are en suite and they have keys and safety boxes as well as Air Condition, TV and Dolby Surround Systems. 4 rooms among these 5 , include a king size bed each, so they are all double and have Sea View. One room among these 4 rooms has an independent entrance. Please consider that these 4 rooms could be charged with the same amount as they are almost equal( LUXURY TYPE). These 4 rooms have their own small balconies for isolation. The deck in front of them is apr 70sq.m 5th room in this first floor is a double en suite room without View .Now in this area (first floor) we have 1 more single room (so one person could fit in or we could put another single bed so that 2 persons could fit) , has an independent entrance, offers Sea View. At the second floor we have the pool level with an infinitive pool of 80sq. with either sweet either salted water from the Sea, a fully equipped kitchen, an internal living room with a salon, an International TV and a dining table for 16 persons, the BBQ area and the outdoor area with a wooden Bar, a deck with sun lounges , sunbeds and hammocks and a dining area for apr 20 persons. Now in this second floor , we find the Master Bedroom, en suite, with a private deck-veranda of apr 60 sq.m at the front where the guests can enjoy completely independent their yoga lessons in front of the big blue or they could relax and enjoy the amazing sunset just in front of them.(MASTER ROOM TYPE). Please notice that the area is totally covered with pergolas -apart of the front side that offers you the most gorgeous View.At the third floor we find the KING SIZE MASTER SUITE, the very best suite of the Villa. This king size suite has an infinitive View of the Aegean from each corner, a dreaming suite where someone can relax, sleep, exercise with privacy as in this third floor no one else has access. Definitely this is the type of room that you could charge much more than the rest. In this area we find a private veranda with sunbeds and a private wooden deck with outdoor sofas where someone could exercise totally isolated just in front of the sunset or the sunrise and of course enjoy his cocktail in front of the Aegean infinitive View(ROYAL SUITE TYPE). Please notice that the Villa is totally covered from the wind-which is extremely important for an island like Mykonos and it offers you an amazing View not only during the day, but during the night as well, as you can relax just in front of the city lights in a totally romantic and peaceful atmosphere.Designed by the Famous Designer Panos Zinas, this amazing Villa is Brand New (you are the first guests entering the Villa), and it is decorated with natural unique items from around the world with a concept that offers tranquility and relaxation to the ones visiting the Villa.
