A large pool with wooden deck is dominant on the ground floor exterior. Also large terraces with loungers and sitting areas are in the large verandas in both floors and feature fantastic sea views. The verandas are shaded with a pergola on the ground floor and awnings in both upper and lower floor verandasOn the ground floor there is an open plan living area with lounge, dining area, a full equipped kitchen and a guest WC. There is also a large bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom with shower. On the same floor there is an adjacent guest room with separate entrance twin beds and en suite bathroom with shower. The guest room exits to the pool area.On the first floor there is a sitting area, one bedroom with double bed and one bedroom with twin beds. Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms with shower. All rooms have exit to a large veranda with lounger and fantastic sea views.All bedrooms feature A/C.
