Each main unit A1 and B1 consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 dining area, and 1 living room. Each independent bedroom (A2 or B2) with its own entrance has its own ensuite bathroom and a space for coffee/tea, as well as a mini-fridge. The independent bedrooms A2 and B2 are not rented separately to other guests who are not belonging to the main reservation. Out of the total of 6 bathrooms, 3 are ensuite.
All our eco-friendly residences follow the same sustainable, chic, and contemporary design style. The selected fabrics come from recycled fibers, are certified, and are of high quality and design! The appliances are state-of-the-art, and the furniture and lighting fixtures are from renowned designers.
Each unit/house with or without the independent bedroom can be rented separately, while privacy is ensured for each booking. Each unit has independent access, independent parking, independent outdoor spaces, and its own private pool with a hydromassage feature of 4 seats.
OUTDOOR AREAS: Outdoor veranda spaces of the residences, totaling 1,500 m2, of which 300 m2 are covered pergolas with kitchen, dining and living area and outdoor bathrooms and shower. Total outdoor space 4.000 sqm, 2.000 sqm per villa.
Each villa has : Outdoor kitchen with conventional and gas BBQ, professional gas stove for chefs, refrigerator, dishwasher, utensils, and full equipment. Complete dining area for 10-12 people, sound system with special speakers. Outdoor enclosed bathrooms 2, hot water showers 2, outdoor cold water shower 1, a total of 17 wooden loungers, 2 yoga platforms with special mats ( next to each pool). Each house has a private pool 12X5 m with a depth of 1.5 m and 3 hydromassage seats, which operates with an electrolysis and natural chlorination system. Each house has an alarm system, fire alarm, air conditioning, 65-inch television with Netflix account, sound system, 5G wifi.
All residences have equipment for infants such as (cot, playpen, high chair, conventional bed guard, special linens, baby bathtub, toys, infant life jackets, and a step stool for small children to reach the sink).
