Together, the estate offers 9 bedrooms, accommodates up to 18 guests, and spans approximately 600 sqm across three separate three-level villas, making it ideal for extended families, multi-generational gatherings, wellness retreats, or groups of friends seeking both togetherness and privacy.

Each villa maintains its own character while sharing a consistent standard of comfort, architecture, and amenities. Traditional Cretan elements blend with contemporary refinement. Natural stone, wooden floors, antique furnishings, whitewashed finishes, steel-framed pergolas, and expansive glass openings create a harmonious balance between heritage and minimalism.

From every corner of the estate, panoramic views unfold toward Souda Bay, the White Mountains, and the surrounding Cretan landscape. Sunsets are a daily ritual, best enjoyed beside one of the three private heated infinity pools, beneath lemon trees, or under shaded pergolas designed for long Mediterranean evenings.
