The property consists of an upper floor which houses the master suite, a large ground floor with the reception areas and terraces that lead down to where the guest rooms are situated that are also accessed from within the house, making it a family friendly layout as well as one suitable for guests. Further terraces lead to the pool and its own dining area. Both the pool terrace and the ground floor terrace have large outdoor kitchens. There is a pool shower-room with W.C. A path leads down from the pool to a little gate from which steps lead down to a small sandy beach. A short scramble brings you to another small sandy beach, and the path continues to a third one as well. Entrance hall, study and guest WC. Living room with a dining table for 8 people and french doors on three sides opening onto terraces. A sofa corner with Sky TV. A stylish modern kitchen with french doors to side terrace with a large covered dining area and full outdoor kitchen.
