The villa is arranged over three levels. The ground floor includes a bright living room with fireplace opening onto a sea-view terrace, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a guest WC, and two en-suite bedrooms. Large openings allow natural light and maintain continuous views of the water.
The first floor is dedicated to the main bedroom, featuring an en-suite bathroom and dressing area, designed as a private space with sea views.
The lower level includes four en-suite bedrooms with direct access to the garden, along with a staff bedroom, kitchenette, laundry area, and storage spaces, allowing for independent guest accommodation.
Outdoor areas include a landscaped garden, a swimming pool overlooking the sea, shaded sitting and dining areas under a pergola, BBQ facilities, and a playground. The property also offers private parking and direct access to the beach.
