This modern villa is located in the area of Kontokali and enjoys panoramic sea views on the famous area of Kommeno, the Mainland coastline and Corfu town’s fortresses.
This villa in a minimalist style constitutes a very good quality construction, spreading into three levels.
The ground floor comprises a single spacious room that includes a large living room and a fully-equipped kitchen along with a wine cellar.
On the first level, the villa offers one master bedroom and a bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub, that lead directly to a large balcony, where you can enjoy breathtaking sea views.
Moreover, the lower level boasts two bedrooms (double and twin), two bathrooms and a WC with amazing views on the pool garden area. In the villa you will also find a laundry room.
Last but not least, this amazing villa features high-tech plumbing system. There is also a narrow path, leading to a private jetty where yachts and boats can moor.
Villa Costele sits in a large garden with a swimming pool and BBQ for the finest summer holidays and a unique dining experience by the pool.
