The main entrance opens into a bright and well-proportioned living and dining area with direct access to the exterior. Large openings allow abundant natural light to fill the space while maintaining uninterrupted sea views. The open-plan fully equipped kitchen integrates seamlessly with the living areas.
The villa accommodates up to 6 guests across three minimalist bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom featuring overhead showers and access to a private veranda with pergola. Two bedrooms offer direct access to the pool and panoramic sea views, while the third enjoys views over a charming olive tree garden. The master bedroom also features a private jacuzzi for moments of relaxation.
Outdoors, the infinity pool is the centerpiece of the property, complemented by a separate children’s pool. The spacious outdoor areas include two open-air living areas, luxurious sunbeds, a shaded dining area with BBQ, and a second open-air cinema for evenings under the stars.
The villa is fully air-conditioned, equipped with ceiling fans in all bedrooms, designer furniture, Starlink high-speed satellite internet, and children’s amenities. Daily villa cleaning and a welcome basket with local products are included.
