This beautiful, much loved family home has arguably one of the finest views on the North East coast with stunning vistas over the Ionian Sea to the Albanian mountains beyond. Built over two levels, this lateral house is perfect for families looking for space and relaxation with gorgeous living and eating areas throughout the property. With 6 double bedrooms in the main house and a lovely garden cottage that can accommodate an additional 6 people and has the added delight of its own swimming pool, the house can sleep a maximum of 18 people, perfect for families looking to holiday together, an extended family or indeed a group of people each looking for their own space. Each lovingly decorated bedroom has an en suite shower room and French windows leading onto a private terrace with lingering scents of roses and lavender from the wonderfully planted gardens. The house is finished in cool, elegant colours in keeping with the architecture and climate with English and Eastern accents which reflect the owners’ personality and taste. In the gardens, the large wonderfully sited infinity pool gives a feeling of floating above the view and a myriad of possibilities are offered by the terraces that surround the property. The house overlooks Kerasia bay and guests can walk down to the beach in around 10- 15 minutes (remember it is uphill on the way back!). Agni and Avlaki bays are both a short drive away and vibrant Kassiopi is only a 15 minute drive.
