Corfu is famous for its safety and tranquility. Villa has a straight private entrance to the sea, it is installed in the slope which gives each level marvelous open view to the sea.
The magnificent three levels property has 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 150 m² terraces, outdoor area with garden, 77 square meters size infinity pool with overflow edge and Jacuzzi.
On the pool floor there is a private gym and one bedroom with a bathroom.
On the living floor level you are welcomed by a large living room with big fireplace. Going further you will find three bedrooms with three private bathrooms for each room. Big sliding windows with minimal frame and no visible frame on the floor opens all rooms to the spectacular view of Ionian sea and unforgettable sunsets.
On the entrance floor of the villa you will find large kitchen-dining room with an island and three terraces.
Luxurious villa is complimented by an extra small (30 square meters) hidden house with spacious bedroom and bathroom only 20 meters away from the sea.
Created with care for comfort and technology, villa has smart house and alarm systems, curtain rails controlled by electricity, gate cameras, emergency generator, solar panels on the roof, heat pump, under floor cooling and heating. Swimming pool has a cover and heating for the winter time as well as water tanks underneath it for reserve of 77 m3. Modern luxury until the end!
