This villa is uniquely located on top of a hill, offering a 360° panoramic view from which one can see sixteen islands, including Mykonos, Delos, Tinos, Andros, Siros, Serifos, Milos, and Sikinos. It is just a 5-minute drive from Agia Irini, one of the most beautiful beaches on Paros, known for its fabulous taverns.
The villa has 140m² of indoor space, consisting of two independent apartments. On the main floor, there is a huge living-dining room and the master bedroom with its own wardrobe, bathroom, and terrace. The living room can also accommodate one additional guest. On the first floor, with a separate entrance, is a 20m² studio with its own bathroom and terrace. The Encove, a round bedroom with access from the terrace, sleeps two more guests.
“Summer in Greece means living outdoors.” The villa offers around 400m² of terraces in every direction with multiple dining areas, a traditional baking oven, and a BBQ spot – perfect for breakfast, long lunches, or sunset dinners. Guests can enjoy sunbathing, relaxation, or dining in the “dome,” which features cozy shade and remarkable concert-hall acoustics. The covered balcony on the first floor also offers unobstructed 360° views of the island and surrounding seascape.
Additional highlights include a boule (petanque) strip (12x3m), and a stunning pool terrace surrounded on three sides by a half-circular infinity pool, filled with fresh water flowing from a gently trickling river.
The villa is fully equipped with Wi-Fi, TV, sound system, microwave-baking oven, dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, and much more.
