This villa consists of the main level with a master bedroom with its own private pool & jacuzzi, 2 more bedrooms all with private bathrooms, a little office space, a spacious lounge – dining area, main kitchen as well as the staff kitchen tucked discretely, while the outdoor spaces include a remarkably large infinity pool, accompanied by a built-in 10 person jacuzzi, a lounge area, built-in sushi lounge, dining area where the availability for cinema set up is provided and the ‘Eye Bar’, designed for little parties, BBQs or just enjoying your cocktail overlooking the bay.
Underneath main level, is the common space which includes the spa area, fully equipped gym, playroom & “Secret World” a place equipped with top level acoustic equipment, designated for gatherings in privacy such as presentations, performances, parties etc.
Above the main level, is level B’, with 3 more bedrooms with walk-in bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchenette, an infinity pool, jacuzzi and a BBQ area of its own.
Lastly, but not least, on the top level there are two autonomous suites, suite C’ and suite D’, with suite D’ being the master suite with its own spacious living room and conference room availability.
A parking area of up to 6 vehicles is provided on top of the whole structure, while there is a built-in elevator taking you from parking area to main level.
Exactly just like Mykonos, an island with many sides - like the natural beauty, the nightlife etc. - Villa Maera Maximus is a multi-sided premises addition to our portfolio, capable of delivering the most high-end experience to its guests, no matter what is the side they are aiming for, or even if it is all combined.
