Whitewashed walls, stone pathways, and expansive terraces create a timeless Mykonian aesthetic, while large openings throughout the villa allow sunlight to flood the interiors and frame spectacular sea views from nearly every corner. Spread across three levels and offering 200 square metres of living space, Villa Mayfair balances privacy, comfort, and spacious social areas, making it ideal for families or groups of friends.
The entrance level features a generous living room with comfortable sofas opening directly onto the pool terrace, alongside a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. Two bedrooms are also located on this level, both with en-suite bathrooms, queen-size beds, air conditioning, wardrobes, and direct pool access with sea views.
On the second level, an additional double bedroom enjoys a private balcony with panoramic views towards the Aegean Sea and Mykonos Town. The upper-level primary suite offers enhanced privacy with its own terrace overlooking Mykonos Town, the infinity pool, and the surrounding coastline.
