Thoughtfully designed with refined furnishings, high-quality linens, and modern amenities throughout, Villa Orea creates an inviting atmosphere ideal for families or groups of friends. The villa’s south-facing orientation allows sunlight to flood the interiors while offering serene views towards the Aegean Sea.
The entrance level features a bright living area with three comfortable sofas and large windows opening onto a private balcony and outdoor lounge area. This level also includes a fully equipped kitchen and a double bedroom with queen-size bed, private bathroom, air conditioning, wardrobe, safe box, and direct sea views.
On the ground level, an independent primary suite offers enhanced privacy with its own entrance, queen-size bed, en-suite bathroom, kitchenette, wardrobe, air conditioning, and direct access to the outdoor spaces and heated swimming pool.
The upper level hosts two additional double bedrooms, both featuring air conditioning, wardrobes, and private balconies. One bedroom includes a private bathroom, while the other offers an en-suite bathroom.
Outside, Villa Orea is designed for effortless outdoor living. The heated swimming pool is surrounded by sunbeds for eight guests, while the spacious pergola-covered terrace features a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, BBQ, dining area, and elegant lounge furniture for long summer evenings beneath the Mykonian sky.
Completed in 2024, Villa Orea combines modern luxury and peaceful surroundings in one of Mykonos’ most promising coastal areas.
