On first floor you will find 3 bedrooms with their own balconies and a large balcony with a great view.1st bedroom (master) queen size bed and its own full size bathroom with hot tub and shower (the largest bedroom of the villa) 2nd bedroom (small master) queen size bed and its own full size bathroom with hot tub as well3rd bedroom (office) queen size bed and its own full size bathroom.

LobbyLiving room witch can sit easily 7 people at once. Dining room witch can sit easily 10 people at once. You will also find in the same area a large full size kitchen and a fire place 4th bedroom (guest-1) queen size bed and full bathroom. Lobby-5th bedroom (small guest) 2 twin size beds sleeps 2 people and shares the main house bathroom that is right next to the bedroom (perfect for smaller children or individual guests). You also have on the outside in front of the living-dining area the 40 square meter swimming pool witch is endless and a great view, also on the outside you can find the barbecue area witch includes the grill and an oven.
