On the upper level, Room 3 is the master bedroom with a queen-size bed and ensuite bathroom with a shower. It offers a breathtaking sea view through large windows. On the lower level, Room 4 offers a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. It has access to the outdoors via balcony doors. Room 5 includes a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, complemented by a small window. Room 6 comprises a double bed and an open-plan ensuite bathroom with a shower and small window.
The layout also features a guest house with individual entrance, consisting of Room 7 with a double bed, A/C, safe box, and an open-plan ensuite bathroom with a shower, accessible from the parking area via individual entrance.
On the entrance floor, there is an open-plan fully equipped kitchen, a living room with TV, and an indoor dining area for 10 guests. Additionally, there is a guest bathroom.
