The house villa is built in two (2) levels. The upper level has one (1) master bedroom with double bed and private bathroom and one (1) smaller bedroom with private bathroom. It also has a spacious living room with dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The ground floor has three (3) master bedrooms with their own bathrooms, home cinema with windows overlooking the pool, and one (1) small exterior guest house using the bathroom pool. Moreover, there is a separate guest house of 60 sqm with a bathroom. In the outdoor area, there is a pool with two pergolas for lounge and dinner as well as large areas with barbeque facilities for outdoor dining and built living room that can accommodate 15 people. The property has two (2) main entrances, a garage for six (6) cars, as well as open space for sports activities.
