Fantasia is based on inclusive design architectural disciplines and friendly for people with disable characteristics as well.
The interior minimalistic design apart from the high quality accommodation, functionalism, safety and comfort serves the facilities including wide doorways, specially adapted bathroom, kitchen and indoor and outdoor living areas.
It is a fully accessible house whilst combining deep relaxation and enjoyment for all with its own accessible private pool.
The villa offers both indoor and outdoor dining facilities and BBQ. Spacious and light with fully glazed outlook facing the pool area, vineyard and sea. There is dining table in the open plan kitchen as well as outdoor under the covered veranda. The surrounding spaces of the villa feature outdoor covered living areas, private swimming pool with hydro-massage spot, and direct access to the sea.

Welcome: upon your arrival you will find complimentary drinks, wine from our winery, fresh fruit and our home grown organic products: olive oil, olives, oregano, rosemary, and lavender. In addition, we include a set of locally produced organic toiletries.
Cleaning: for those staying for one week our maids clean the villa midweek For longer stays, cleaning is offered twice weekly and your requirements can be discussed on arrival.
Pool cleaning: we take extra care to keep the pool water at the correct PH level and to ensure that it is always crystal clear.
