Villa Neranyum is a 6 bedrooms luxury villa located in Nerano, a quiet fishing village between the Amalfi Coast and the Sorrento Peninsula. With its 300 sqm it can accommodate up to 12 guests.
It consists of two floors. Every floor has got a fully furnished kitchen, equipped with all modern appliances. The main floor has got a big dining table, the ground floor has got a living area with a sofa and satellite TV 55’’ instead.
Three rooms are located on the upper floor and three are located on the ground floor. Every one of the six double bedrooms is tastefully decorated and includes many features, including a queen size bed and an en-suite fully furnished bathroom.
The two floors can be reached both from the inside and from the outdoor staircase.
The outdoor area is very extended and surrounds the entire property. On the ground floor, facing the sea, we find a swimming pool with sinuous lines, a shower and sunbeds. Then just along a small stretch you can reach the patio with a brick pizza oven and a barbecue as well as two large ceramic tables hand painted in Vietri ceramics style, the perfect setting for dinners al fresco.
The Panoramic terrace is located on the top of Villa Neranyum and it extends over 170 sqm, with a gorgeous sea view, fitness area, heated jacuzzi, outdoor shower and sunbeds.
The property is exclusively rented in its whole, therefore complete privacy and private usage are guaranteed.
The highlight of the property is its location. Villa Nerayum is so close to the sea, that has got a direct access to the beach though a private gate. Therefore, the Villa is only a few meters from Nerano Marina, where many restaurants and bars can be found.
A beautiful setting embellished by the enviable Mediterranean climate, perfect for the ones willing to enjoy the Amalfi Coast in a more private and relaxed way.
