Villa Puspo is a villa for rent with a swimming pool in Carovigno with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room. The villa for rent consists of the main body with four bedrooms and the annexe with the Trullo Saraceno where there is the fifth bedroom with a connected bathroom.

The entrance to the main building opens into the living room with fireplace and dining room (table for 10 guests) and sofas (2 sofas for 3 people) with TV, and access to the garden where the swimming pool persists for the exclusive use of guests.

From the entrance, on the right, there is the kitchen complete with hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, juicer, microwave and dining/breakfast table for 4 people. From the kitchen, you can easily reach the outdoor covered patio with an additional dining table (12 people), barbecue, wood oven and hob.

Service to the living area is the utility room and the laundry room with toilet and sink. From the entrance, on the left, through a very bright corridor, you enter the sleeping area. The first room you meet is furnished with a double bed with a wooden headboard, two bedside tables with light points, a wardrobe, a chair/armchair. The room is equipped with air conditioning. Connected to it is the bathroom, with a window, complete with a toilet, a bidet, a sink and a shower.

The second bedroom is a bedroom with a French bed, furnished with a bedside table, light point, wardrobe and air conditioning. The third bedroom is a bedroom with a bunk bed, furnished with a bedside table, light point, wardrobe and air conditioning. The two bedrooms share a bathroom, with a window, complete with a toilet, a bidet, a sink, a shower.

At the end of the corridor, we find the fourth bedroom with a panoramic view of the pool and air conditioning. The furniture consists of the double bed, the two bedside tables, the two light points, the wardrobe and a sofa for two. The bedroom has three entrances, from the inside, from the garden and the pool area. The bedroom has a private bathroom with a window complete with a toilet, a bidet, a sink and a shower.

The fifth bedroom, with independent access, is located outside, in the stone annexe of the Trullo Saraceno. The furniture consists of a double bed with a masonry structure, bedside tables with light points and a private bathroom with a window complete with a toilet, sink and shower. Outside there is an uncovered patio where there is a table for two. The Trullo Saraceno is equipped with air conditioning.

The exterior of Villa Puspo

Access to Villa Puspo is via an electric gate and the property is enclosed by dry stone walls that follow the boundaries of the villa. Around the villa, there is a local stone pavement and the land with a small lemon/citrus grove and an organic vegetable garden. The swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests, with skimmer and saltwater, measures 10x4x1.50 m and access to it is via Roman stairs.
