The stone villa is surrounded by green paths and centuries-old olive trees, has two private swimming pools and is immersed in nature. Its location in the heart of Tuscany near Florence, Siena and Pisa is ideal for exploring the surroundings and many famous historic towns such as San Gimignano, Certaldo, Volterra and San Miniato. Villa La Sciolta is not only the ideal place for holidays, but also for ceremonies, weddings and exclusive events.

The Villa has 9 double rooms with air conditioning, a spacious living area, dining room with a large dining table, plenty of space both inside and outside for meetings and outdoor dining. Its main feature is the superb and large Tuscan fireplace, ideal for sharing pleasant and relaxing moments.
There are two private swimming pools just a few steps away from the villa, surrounded by large green areas and a solarium overlooking the beautiful Tuscan countryside. Villa La Sciolta is cozy, comfortable and fully equipped: indoor and outdoor WiFi, air conditioning in all rooms, heating, Satellite TV and a fully equipped kitchen with an outdoor BBQ for grilling with friends.

The ‘Cottage La Sciolta’ is a private, cozy and comfortable retreat surrounded by olive groves and green spaces, with wood-fired central heating, central air conditioning, Satellite TV, dishwasher, BBQ for outdoor grilling, indoor and outdoor WiFi.
The house has a sober and friendly style and it’s nicely decorated in Tuscan style, with terracotta floors, wooden-beamed ceiling, a fireplace lounge, where doors and windows offer an astonishing glimpse of the green landscape and a private swimming pool with sun beds just a few steps away from the house.
