Villa Amira is a refined luxury villa, recently built and renovated, set in a unique landscape among wind-sculpted monoliths with sea views on the island of Caprera. Surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation and located within a private 10,000 sqm estate, it offers complete privacy and a peaceful atmosphere.
The villa accommodates up to 14 + 3 guests across 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. The main house features a spacious living room opening onto a large veranda with a dining area and sea views. The professional kitchen is fully equipped with a cooking island, wine cellar, double refrigerator, double oven, and double induction hob. A second kitchen is also available.
The sleeping area includes a main suite with sea view and private terrace, one double bedroom with sea view, one bedroom with bunk beds and mountain view, two additional double bedrooms, and two independent annexes, all with en-suite bathrooms. A second independent wing includes a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, an outdoor dining area, a suite with walk-in closet, and an additional double bedroom.
At the center of the property, facing the sea, there is a main swimming pool made of granite along with a children’s pool, both heatable. The solarium features a heated Jacuzzi. The villa also includes an outdoor fitness area and a SPA with Turkish bath, sauna, and Jacuzzi.
Located just minutes from the beaches of Poltu Quatu and only one minute from the Liscia di Vacca heliport, Villa Amira sits in one of the most exclusive areas of Costa Smeralda.
