Gently nestled on the hillside, this seaside villa is spread over three floors that descend towards the sea, just a few steps from the beach. The interiors are connected by a staircase and a comfortable private lift. The rooms are large, bright, air-conditioned and with Wi-Fi, moreover, from any corner of this seaside villa it is possible to admire a breathtaking panorama.

This seaside Villa can be accessed directly from the private road with a reserved parking space. The entrance, through a porch, leads to the large living room with a large panoramic terrace. On the same floor is the first of the 4 bedrooms of this seaside villa, with a single bedroom and private bathroom. The second floor houses the sleeping area with the other three bedrooms, each with a bathroom and access to the terrace, and the laundry room. On the third floor we find the living area with the dining room, the kitchen, a sitting room and the large terrace. Finally, a few steps lead to the relaxation area with the swimming pool, the solarium and a bathroom. Minimum stay: 7 nights (Saturday to Saturday)
