On the ground floor we find the living room with a modern, fully equipped kitchen and a large French window that provides access to the private garden.
The private garden, with a small but comfortable swimming pool, is the perfect place to relax or sunbathe. The outdoor area is equipped with tables and chairs, ideal for outdoor dining.
On the second floor is a minimalist bedroom with a private bathroom and a balcony overlooking the lake, perfect for quiet moments.
On the second and top floor you can find the masteroom, a spacious suite with a bath, walk-in closet and panoramic balcony.
This house, while retaining its typical character of Lake Como townhouses, has been transformed into an elegant corner of modernity, where privacy and comfort combine with the timeless beauty of the lake landscape. Breakfast in delivery mode is included in the reservation.
