There are no stairs neither to reach the villa or to enter.
Ground floor : outside green spaces with palms, plants and flowers. Swimming pool, two outside tables with
10-12 seats, lounge corners; big tavern with tables, chairs and a bar corner. Ideal for parties. From the tavern is
possible to accede to the swimming poll area. Sauna and shower with annex toilet. Inside: spacious living room
with TV corner, dining room with a table with 8 seats, kitchen, 2 double bedrooms with en suite bathroom.
First floor: a stair of around 20 steps leads to the first floor. One double bedroom with en suite bathroom and
balcony on the pool; studio with desk and PC; Master bedroom with en suite bathroom with round bath tub and
two sinks and private very panoramic terrace; two more double bedrooms with en suite bathroom.
Second floor: 20 more steps lead to the terrace floor that has a shower corner and a wonderful view.
