Villa Collalto - UP TO 18 Bedrooms (36 guests) is a prestigious Villa from the 1400s always belonging to the same family of counts Castelli Mandosi Mignanelli.
After the family extinguished, property passed to the Countess Resy Fani Ciotti and nowaday belongs to her children.
Located in the heart of Tuscany countryside between Siena and Firenze. The location of the Villa makes it easy daily tours to explore iconic towns:
· Firenze
· Siena
· Montalcino
· San Gimignano
· Monteriggioni
· Volterra
and around the Tuscany region.
Villa Collalto consists of 13 rooms in the main building where we can accommodate up to 26 people and just opposite the main building there is the Annex with other 3 bedrooms that can accommodate another 6 people.
So in total we can host up to 32 people. All the bedrooms are double and have en suite bathrooms. Inside the Villa, in the 3 communicating dining rooms we can host up to 32 people sitting at the tables, while outside in the garden there is no limit to the number of people. Moreover it is possible to rent two more double bedrooms, with en-suite bathroom, in the annex n. 2 situated in front of the main villa, for extra cost: one extra luxury and one standard.
In case of inquiry we can accomodate a total of 36 people. The remaining guests over 36, can be hosted in hotels in the surrounding area of Villa Collalto. In Villa Collalto your Clients will find charme, refined interiors and Italian elegance combine in a sophisticated atmosphere.
