Located in the heart of the Tuscan countryside between Florence and Rome, just 70 kilometres from Siena. Conti Galgani is a charming estate, immersed in 65 hectares of hilly landscape embellished with olive groves and gardens. The villa has 7 suites, each characterised by an individual style and inspired by the rich history of the estate, with rooms containing historic furniture of the family itself, designer touches and custom details created by local artisans. The furnishings and interior design have been painstakingly curated by Alessandra Rossi Cattre and Gaia Bianchini of La Casa nel Cortile in Florence.
Conti Galgani is the perfect place for those wanting to spend a relaxing holiday in the Tuscan countryside, with an outdoor swimming pool, gym, billiard room and an indoor swimming pool with hydromassage. A luxury retreat, a blend of an elegant private villa and a classy hotel.
The property comprises a convent and the charming Chapel of San Michele Arcangelo, built in 1550 by Vittoria Piccolomini Todeschini, niece of Pope Pio II and Pope Paolo III.
Located in the heart of the Tuscan countryside between Florence and Rome and only 70 kilometres from Siena, the Conti Galgani estate is a short distance from places that marked the history of the Etruscan people, such as Chiusi – the historical capital of this civilisation – and Cetona, as well as being near historical Renaissance towns such as Pienza, located 20 kilometres away.
Within a few minutes’ drive, you can also reach the charming and historic hot springs of San Casciano dei Bagni, just 20 kilometres away, and Bagno Vignoni at 25 kilometres.
