The master bedroom with a private terrace. This floor also offers laundry facilities.
Meeting Room:
The Villa does have a meeting room which can accommodate 50/60 persons. The hall is 150 sqm., It is equipped of: audio System, desk for speakers, reading and chairs. It also has a private toilet for the attendant.
Swimming Pool:
On the lower terrace, there is a swimming pool with indoor whirlpool, a large solarium with sun beds, umbrellas, tables and chairs, an outdoor shower and a dressing room with a small bathroom.

The Villa provides its guests with private parking which can accommodate a maximum of 20/30 cars.
