Villa di Nola is a luxury villa of about 300 square meters, built on two levels above ground and a basement floor. It has the typical structure of the coastal buildings, with white round arches in glazed majolica tiles with Vesuvius lava stone inserts. The garden paths and the external floor are in natural stone. Access to the villa is via electric gate, which leads to a private driveway and a square where up to five cars can be parked. The whole property is surrounded by fences which ensure it is private.

Our Villa has always been considered one of the most panoramic in Sorrento, if not the most panoramic one. From our terraces you can admire the town of Sorrento, the marinas, its bay, the coast that crosses Vesuvius and reaches up to Naples, and then stand out in the sun between the islands. You can enjoy a play of colors, always different, from day to day, hour by hour, from morning to sunset, in the evening the thousand lights of the gulf blend with thestars. As reported in many reviews, the panorama of our Villa is a show that will leave you breathless and will be kept in your heart for ever.
The garden consists of avenues, terraces, solarium and green lawn areas; in summer the swimming pool in operation. The outdoor spaces of about 1000 square meters are equipped with tables, chairs, umbrellas, sofas and sun beds, you will also find a shower box, a pizza oven and BBQ facility. The garden is made up of tall trees, flowers and ornamental plants, hedges and is sown in lawn.
