Villa Elbamare is the ideal place to spend holidays with the whole family, friends
or for business trips as a team. With a private forest that descends towards the
sea with personal access, is made up of a 130m2 villa consisting of a kitchen,
living room, three bedrooms with bathroom and a wonderful terrace overlooking
the Gulf as well as three annexes with bathroom and kitchen. In total it
accommodates a maximum of 18 people who, thanks to the type of structural
subdivision, can spend both shared moments and in total privacy.
From the Villa there is a staircase that leads to the three annexes below and access to the private sea.
The villa and the 3 annexes are all equipped with air conditioning.
First annex:
Sea View – Accommodates 4 people – 1 Double bed + 1 Sofa bed
The accommodation is independent from the main structure of the villa, ensuring privacy and tranquility. Room composed of
a sleeping area, bedroom with double bed and living room with sofa bed, bathroom with shower and equipped kitchen

Sea View – Accommodates 3 people – 1 Double bed + 1 Single bed
