Villa Eris, Amalfi Coast

Villa Eris is a private villa located halfway between Amalfi and Positano, in the heart of the Amalfi coast.

Conca dei Marini is a strategic location for those who want to enjoy a relaxing holiday but also for those who want to visit the area to discover the local beauties and magical views of the coast.

Purchased in 2019, this property has been completely modernized in the interiors which are now modern and functional but without straying too far from the coastal style, floors and coverings recall the colors and ceramic production famous in this area, but without weighing down the look.

Staying at Villa Eris does not only mean spending time in a luxurious structure by the sea but also rediscovering and immersing yourself in tradition, without giving up any comfort.

The structure also enjoys large outdoor spaces, starting from the main terrace with a large dining table, excellent for enjoying dinners with family or friends, then passing through the solarium and relaxation areas that will accompany you throughout the day.

Other boasts of the structure are the private swimming pool, the spa area with heated hydromassage tub and biosauna and above all the private and direct access to the sea.

Six bedrooms, arranged on two levels, equipped with a king size bed, wardrobe and desk, smart TV with internet connection also wired for smart working and digital safe. Each bedroom has a private en-suite bathroom. Hair dryers are available in the bathrooms. All rooms are reached by wi-fi connection and are equipped with air conditioning and heating with in-room control.

Villa Eris has two kitchens of different sizes (one for each floor), both kitchens are equipped with induction hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave, toaster, coffee machine. In the kitchen upstairs you will also be able to find an ice maker, an extractor, a mixer and an American coffee machine. Both kitchens are reached by wi-fi and are equipped with air conditioning and heating with their own control. Adjacent to the kitchen on the upper floor there is the laundry area with washing machine, dryer and iron.

On the first floor there is also a large living room with dining table, corner sofa and large smart TV.

Among the external areas we find the solarium area with heated hydromassage tub and biosauna. Three different relaxation areas, which will be useful for enjoying all hours of the day, the pool area with sun loungers and finally the access area to the sea. The structure also has a parking area for two small/medium sized cars.
