Completely refurbished, great outdoor spaces and seven bedrooms can accommodate up to thirteen people, ideal property for friends and family reunions. Expansive outdoor areas boasting heated swimming pool, al-fresco dining for twelve and shaded sitting area. The villa’s amenities include a TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, office space and laundry facilities. Villa Felix is a mixture of traditional and modern style. The entrance opens in to a living area with a sitting area and a full dining area that seats twelve people. Fully equipped kitchen, however, is all modern with its wooden cabinets and appliances. The villa features six bedrooms with double beds all with private en-suite bathrooms, including two that open to the terrace. There is also a bedroom with a twin bed and access to a hall bathroom, as well as two staff bedrooms with a double bed and two twin beds, respectively, that can be used by larger parties on holiday together. Villa Felix is just a short drive from town of Porto Cervo and, for active guests, close to the Porto Cervo Tennis Club and the Pevero Golf Club as well.
