It is conveniently located between the two historical towns of Amalfi and Ravello, in a private and exclusive position, making it, a great starting point for easy day trips to all the tourist points of interest of the Amalfi Coast and Sorrento Coast as well as Naples, the Vesuvius, Pompeii, Herculaneum, Paestum, and the islands of Capri and Ischia.The pool situated on the upper floor of the villa and the five different levels of large terraces and gardens face the sun and the sea. Every angle of the place allows you to admire the Lattari mountains, verdant with cultivations of lemons, which steeply plunge into the sea and enclose the narrow valleys of the villages of Minori and Maiori, the picturesque inlet of the coast, visible up to Capo D'Orso, and last but not least, the wide and splendid view of the Mediterranean sea.

The terraces are decorated with jars filled with flowers, some of which are sun-drenched and others shaded by pergolas , trees or awnings. The interiors are luminous, welcoming and, tastefully and elegantly furnished in bright Mediterranean style(interior 250 sqm, 1000 sq. meters of outdoor area consisting of terraces and gardens ). The house is two-storey high - Entrance from the main road along the short private driveway. A garage, at the end of the driveway, provides parking for one car; there is additional parking for two cars along the driveway.

19 steps up to the main floor of the villa. Entrance is into a roomy and airy living room, elegantly furnished with large sofas and couches placed around an open marble fireplace, and decorated with lots of precious lamps, paintings and ceramic vases ,a crystal dining table 6 seats with wood basis and elegant wood chairs. It features 2 French windows with coordinating curtains opening onto a panoramic terrace with spectacular views. This terrace is equipped with wrought iron table with ceramic top for 6 and wrought iron chairs, another French window open onto a lateral terrace also with sea views. The living-room has also large windows through which you can enjoy a wide-open view of the seascape.

The kitchen can be reached from the living room but also from the terrace, making it easy and pleasant to organize outdoor meals. The kitchen is fully equipped with dining table 8 seats, 4 gas rings, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, fridge, freezer and door leading to the terrace situated in a delightful angle, surrounded by pine trees and a mature violet bougainvillea. You will find this terrace perfect for outdoor meals in front of a breathtaking seascape. It is equipped with a big table for outdoor meals and shaded by awnings. The upper level, reached through the indoor staircase (20 steps), houses 2 double bedrooms and one bedroom with 2 single beds. Each bedroom has its own TV, a control to regulate the air conditioning and French windows opening onto terraces with sea views. From the ground level, an external stairway of 45 steps takes to a spacious terrace with terracotta floor, decorated with large terracotta pots overflowing with geraniums. A further stairway of 21 steps takes to the upper level with a huge terrace which provides spectacular views of the coast and the sea and comfortable and furnished outdoor spaces.
