The villa accommodates up to 10 guests and features 230 sqm of interior space, set within approximately 800 sqm of beautifully landscaped outdoor areas including terraces, gardens, and panoramic viewpoints.

The property is accessed from the main road via a scenic pedestrian path of approximately 200 meters, leading you into this peaceful oasis. From the villa, you can reach the beautiful Marina di Praia beach via a characteristic public staircase. Thanks to its convenient location, a car is not necessary during your stay—in fact, we strongly discourage it due to the winding coastal roads and limited parking availability. For guests arriving by car, we recommend booking a parking space in advance at a private garage located approximately 800 meters from the villa (extra cost).

Dreamlike outdoor spaces: sea-view gardens, terraces, and panoramic pool

The seafront garden is thoughtfully divided into elegant “outdoor rooms,” each with its own charm and atmosphere. A stunning panoramic terrace overlooks the entire property, featuring a decorative fountain and a ceramic seating area in vibrant Mediterranean colors.

The outdoor living area is fully equipped for unforgettable gatherings: an external kitchen, dining table for 10 guests, barbecue, and wood-fired pizza oven create the perfect setting for al fresco dining with spectacular sea views. A refined lounge area with comfortable seating invites you to relax and soak in the scenery.

On the opposite side of the garden, you’ll find the outdoor swimming pool (3.60 x 7.20 m, depth 1 m, open from April to October), surrounded by sun loungers and stylish seating areas.

A dedicated massage area is also available outdoors, where treatments can be booked in advance for a truly relaxing experience.

Refined interiors and exclusive wellness area

The interiors are bright and elegantly styled, combining white walls, handcrafted ceramics, and vibrant color accents. The open-plan living area features graceful arches that separate the fully equipped kitchen with central island from the dining and lounge areas, creating a harmonious and welcoming atmosphere.

From the living room, you can access a beautiful panoramic terrace furnished with a dining table for 10 guests, ideal for enjoying meals outdoors with a sea view. Indoors, the dining area also includes a table for 10 guests, perfect for elegant dinners.

The internal kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with all modern comforts: refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction cooktop, washing machine, as well as complete sets of dishes, cutlery, and kitchen utensils.

A true highlight of the villa is the indoor spa area: a serene retreat featuring a heated indoor pool (3.15 x 5.35 m, depth 1 m, max temperature 31°C, open year-round), sauna, and emotional shower—perfect for relaxation in every season.
