Villa Marie is an elegant 18th-century Tuscan estate located just outside Lucca, set within the rolling countryside and designed for refined gatherings with family and friends. Sleeping up to 12 guests in the main villa, with the option to accommodate additional guests in a separate dependence, the property offers a secluded yet well-equipped setting for a luxury escape rooted in history, nature, and comfort.

The estate extends across two hectares of landscaped grounds featuring panoramic views, a swimming pool, a private lake, and multiple outdoor living areas designed for al fresco dining, relaxed aperitifs, and unhurried moments in nature. Several themed gardens enhance the atmosphere, including an Art Garden and a Wedding Garden. The Wedding Garden features a gazebo draped in white wisteria, creating a romantic setting for symbolic ceremonies and celebrations.

Produce grown on the estate plays a central role in daily life at the villa. Organic vegetables are used by the villa chef, olive trees provide extra-virgin olive oil, kiwi fruits are harvested for jams and candied treats, and lemons are transformed into juices, dried fruits, and limoncello.

The villa itself has been beautifully restored, combining traditional elements such as Tessieri tiles, Murano chandeliers, and antique furnishings with modern comforts, including a lift serving all floors. Guests can relax in lounges located on each of the three main levels, enjoy quiet moments in the library, host formal dinners in the dining room for up to 12 guests, or prepare meals in the country-style kitchen.

The basement level is dedicated to wellness and indulgence, featuring a spa area with a heated indoor swimming pool equipped with hydromassage jets, a sauna, a hammam, a treatment room, and a relaxation lounge. A well-stocked wine cellar completes this level.

The main villa offers six guest bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and king-size or queen-size beds. All bedrooms can be converted into twin arrangements on request, allowing flexibility for different group compositions.

For larger groups, a separate guesthouse is available, accommodating up to six additional guests. The guesthouse includes three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a living room, and a kitchenette. While comfortable and well equipped, it is more simply styled than the main villa and is best suited for teenagers or accompanying staff.
