The Villa Riviera estate, is one of the oldest farmhouses in the town, covers an area of 2 hectares, between the central square of Massa Lubrense and its little charming port.

Over one hectare is dedicated to orange groves, olive groves and organic crops.

The building dating back to 1769 stands on an area of 800 square meters divided between porticoes, large halls, kitchens, bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a panoramic terrace with a 360° view.

Over 7,000 square meters are intended for a Mediterranean garden, parking, swimming pools, barbecue area. the estate also has 2 outdoor fitness areas (which bring psychological benefits with the involvement of three important neurotransmitters: endorphins, serotonin, melatonin).

HIGHLIGHTS & VILLA LAYOUT

Guests can stay in the entire Villa Riviera or only in part of it. In fact, a modern system of movable walls allows the Villa to be divided into 2 completely independent units: Villa Sud and Villa Nord.

In fact, each Villa has its own swimming pool, its own living rooms and kitchen, and its own lift to access the upper floors.
