The villa’s private swimming pool (9x4 m, max depth 2.2 m, min depth 1 m, opening date 1/4, closing date 31/10) is tucked away among fragrant greenery and equipped with an outdoor shower, sun loungers, and privacy hedges. On the upper level, a panoramic rooftop terrace features a private hot tub with spectacular views of the sea and Mount Vesuvius — perfect for unwinding at sunset.

Accessible from the living area, a covered veranda includes a dining table, wood-fired oven, and BBQ, ideal for open-air meals at any time of day.

Inside, the villa is refined and beautifully appointed, with premium finishes and custom decor. The ground floor features a stylish living room with a fireplace, piano, and dining area for 10, along with a modern fully equipped kitchen and a guest bathroom.

The first floor, accessible via 16 steps, includes four en-suite double bedrooms, each with a private terrace and sea views, offering both privacy and comfort for every guest.

Please note that, for safety reasons, external catering or staff are not permitted. Only the villa’s in-house chef and approved personnel are allowed to operate on-site.
