Description:

This stunning, entirely white facade villa was entirely rebuilt and transformed into a modern and luxurious residence with utmost care. The villa’s location, its furniture, and facilities are of the highest standards and offers an interesting mix between modern and antique. The bathrooms boast beautiful, marble floors & mosaic decorations and the bedrooms are finished with important furniture and high quality linens.

Ground Floor:

The ground floor hosts three bedrooms, the main living room, and the kitchen. The three bedrooms situated on the ground floor are all doubles with en-suite bathrooms. The first is set in all white and is light and airy with a balcony accessing a seafront terrace. The bedroom enjoys a double bed, open bookshelves, a built-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with hand-made mosaic tiles and a glassed-in shower. The second is also a double, accessed by a set of French doors leading out to a terrace at the back of the villa. The en-suite bathroom boasts Pompei red tiles and a glassed-in shower. The third is a double with a built-in closet and en-suite bathroom with bathtub and large glass shower. All three bedrooms access a small, decorative courtyard and all five of the villa’s bedrooms enjoy towel and hair dryers.

The living room is comfortably furnished with a couch and modern chaise lounge chairs, a flat screen TV, Stereo, DVD, and fireplace. The living room access two great balconies which lead to a seafront terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with a double sink, a large refrigerator with freezer, a large oven, a 5-range stovetop, & toaster. The kitchen hosts a small marble table with 3 chairs. There is also a separate laundry room with a washing machine and sink.

First Floor:

The first floor is found up a marble flight of 17 steps and boasts a second living room and studio. The living room enjoys direct access out onto an amazingly panoramic terrace with uninhibited, infinite sea views. The comfortable living room is furnished with several sofas & couches, a beautiful iron table, antique bookshelves, a fireplace, and windows overlooking the immense gardens. The studio, located next to the living room, enjoys a flat screen personal computer, at guests’ disposal, with high-speed Internet.

There are two bedrooms on the first floor. The first is a spacious double bedroom with direct access out to the back of the villa and an external bathroom with shower box which functions as an en-suite bathroom. The second is a small double bedroom facing the garden with an en-suite marble bathroom with shower box and direct access out to the back of the villa.

Garden:

The ground level terrace is partly shaded by a covered, stone arch portico, which is beautifully equipped for fresh, outdoor dining with a large, wood dining table. The marble floor terrace, which can also be accessed directly from the kitchen, offers great sea views among the properties’ olive trees. The portico leads down to the garden towards the swimming pool (9 meters long x 3.5 wide x 1.2 deep). The garden enjoys various walkways which lead through its entirety and is sprinkled with built-in, bright white, stone benches for comfortable seating to enjoy a sunset cocktail and the views. The handmade terracotta tile alleyways leading through the garden access an extension of the garden where lemon tress and a vegetable garden abound.

The seafront garden boasts classical, white Caprese stone columns a mix of flowers and typical Mediterranean plants. The only sounds to be heard are those of birds singing over your island paradise. Your eyes will be captivated by the deep blue sea which looks out towards the Islands of Ischia and Procida, the city of Naples, Mount Vesuvius, and as far as the Sorrento Peninsula.
