Designed by world-famous architect Manolo Mestre, the residence aims to awaken guests’ curiosity using multi-sensory stimuli. Tiled roofs, stone, wood, and water, weave together in beautiful commons spaces that seamlessly blend with the outdoors and the astonishing panorama from the infinity pool and the jacuzzi. Just a short walk away, you will find the private beach cabana, a secluded surf hideout ideal to explore the bay.
Casa Roka can accommodate up to 14 guests in six stunning suites, all of which have terraces or balconies to stay in touch with the landscape. Moreover, the home has top-drawer amenities and services, such as a fully equipped gym, a Kalamazoo hybrid fire grill, and a golf cart to discover all of Punta Mita’s secrets.
The house is adjacent to the coveted Kupuri Beachclub in one of the most private areas of the gated community. Moreover, the home is fully staffed with a concierge, a head butler, and daily housekeeping, so you can sit back and worry about nothing other than taking in the view.
