The Swimming Pool is overflowing, with a direct view to the private sandy beach and the lagoon. It offers 2 level of depth, a glass window and is lighted at night with the colors of your choice. On the sides and at the back, you will enjoy a real botanical garden, which guarantees your intimacy towards the neighbors. The huge roof terrace has a Jacuzzi out of sight and a sofa that is ideal for sunset aperitif! aThe breathtaking panorama is overlooking 360°: the lagoon, the open sea and the jungle!
The villa has its own private sandy beach frontage, where you will come across many birds, especially pelicans, and other extraordinary animals (including sea turtles nesting from May to August). Swimming and Snorkeling into the lagoon is wonderful thanks to the coral reef that breaks the waves down here (which is not the case either at Tulum main beach, nor at the so-called "ocean front villas"). After 20 meters of a coral plateau, you will find infinite shalow waters, with a sandy bottom punctuated by coral potatoes where you'll see lots of tropical fishes. Children will love it!At your disposal: Sea shoes, Snorkeling equipments, 2 stand-up Paddles, 4 Kayaks.
