The Hacienda sleeps ten guests in sublime comfort. You may not see all those guests on a given afternoon, however, as each bedroom comes with its own romantic loge, whether cushiony chairs, loungers, a hanging opium bed or a soft cotton hammock, for watching the sea and all of its moments with almost hypnotic rapture.

Bedrooms in this Los Cabos villa are a dance of eastern-influenced wood appointments, stone flooring, marble and tiled en-suite bathrooms and dashes of color in wall art and textiles. Each accommodation offers a desk, a flat-screened television, a king bed and that coveted patio or balcony view of the sea. Bathrooms continue the space motif with Spanish tile showers and possibly a furo tub with its own window on the world, offset by Tuscan columns, and further on, a marble or lacquerwood vanity, spacious sink arrangements, and dressing areas.

Throughout the Hacienda are plays of sunlight on open layouts designed to let the outside in and guide the flow of movement and gatherings toward the astounding views. There are multiple living rooms here, myriad dining rooms and countless corners and crannies for simply curling up in the sun’s golden warmth for a good read or to immerse in mesmerizing views.

Mini meals can be taken at the kitchen island bar, attended by your personal chef who will whip up a healthy breakfast or a sinful snack. Primo coffees are always on tap as are the margaritas and daiquiris later in the day. Breakfast in bed? No problem. A simple request to your butler and you can sip and savor on your private bedroom patio, watching seagulls, sail boats and, in the cooler months, whales wandering onto your personal horizon.

Moving from the ample open kitchen setting to the formal dining area for 10, know that you can go as casual or as elegant as you wish with so many ambient places to gather for meals and sharing. The dining room is flanked by a buffet bar on one side and a living room layout on the other. The sizable living room is surrounded by floor to ceiling windows that let in the breezes as the views play on all the senses.

But this is the Baja and the endless outdoor beauty beckons both within and without at this Los Cabos Villa. You can gather informally in the patio living area – a set-up of couches and ottomans under a canopy of forest woods and in front of a warming wood-burning hearth. The skies are alive with so many stars as you laze around the outdoor firepit on another arrangement of comfy furnishings to sip wine and share memories deep into the night. A hot Jacuzzi tub is at the ready for nights that need a little added pleasure. The cool infinity pool is lit up and ready for an invigorating dip after a soak in warm bubbly waters.
