The three-story home –designed for lovers of a clean and stylish aesthetic– first welcomes you into an open space, where the kitchen, dining room, and living room connect to a central patio through glass doors. The fully-equipped kitchen has a large island facing the dining room, while the living room’s peaceful ambiance fuses with the courtyard located in the middle of the residence.
Gourmet kitchen with top-quality stainless-steel appliances, wolf oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, and granite countertops. The large island dining area offers plenty of space to cook and entertain 8+ guests.
On the second floor, you will find four spacious bedrooms that can accommodate up to 10 guests. The two master bedrooms have a private bathtub with a shower. And although the other two bedrooms are slightly smaller, both have superbly fitted private bathrooms. Furthermore, the rooftop lounge has a 10-meter pool, a grill bar, and stunning views of the surrounding landscape, making it perfect for gatherings with friends and family.
