There are a total of five bedrooms, including one Master Suite, one oceanfront King Bedroom Suite, one oceanfront Queen Bedroom Suite, and two ocean view Casita Suites-one with a King bed, and one with two Full beds. Common gathering areas include the living/dining/media space, central courtyard, fitness room, rooftop terrace, pool pavilion and beach point, overlooking a sandy beach, tucked into a protected cove.
The 1,500-acre Punta Mita Resort is a fully gated community with 24-hour guard service, discreet roaming patrols, mountain top surveillance, state of the art communications, and absolute restricted entry preventing access to unwanted intruders. Villa Luna Mar is located within a 20-home gated subdivision of Punta Mita, Ranchos. For our guests' security and peace of mind, the enclave has two guard-monitored entrances as well as road and beach surveillance. This present, but not intrusive security, incorporates the fully integrated communications with the master security service and local authorities. Villa Luna Mar itself has electronically operated gates and a video monitored security system.
