This beachfront villa, accommodating up to 26 guests, is just 20 minutes from the traveler’s paradise of Tulum, and one hour from the brand-new Tulum airport.

From the moment you step through the beautifully crafted, floor-to-ceiling wooden door, you’ll be enchanted by the meticulous attention to detail. The villa’s modern and stylish decor combines local wood and fabrics, creating a tropical vibe, while the extensive use of glass provides breathtaking views of the surrounding ocean. The first thing you’ll notice is a stunning cement spiral staircase that contrasts yet harmonizes beautifully with a tropical-style rope chandelier. Villa Tulkal’s V-shaped architecture ensures every inch of its massive 14,452 sq. ft. space is well-utilized. The upper floor is almost entirely dedicated to suites, while the ground floor hosts common areas.

In the right wing, you’ll find an entertainment room equipped with a TV, pool table, and foosball table. Step outside to discover an open-air dining and lounge area, perfect for al fresco dinners. Just a few steps away, you’ll find one of our favorite spots: the bar and grill area, ideal for BBQ afternoons and sunset cocktails. The centerpiece of the property is the pool and sundeck area, perfect for soaking up the tropical sun on beach chairs and sunbeds. The left wing houses a fully equipped kitchen and a majestic wooden dining room, beautifully lit by a modern, organically-shaped artsy light piece, where everyone can gather to enjoy culinary creations from the in-house chef. After dining, you can retreat to the indoor lounging area, where floor-to-ceiling windows offer breathtaking ocean views. Here, you’ll feel the soothing embrace of the sea as if it’s a part of the room itself. Sit back and let the tranquil waves wash over your senses, offering the perfect spot for relaxation and reflection. It’s undoubtedly one of the most serene and captivating areas of the house.

On the upper floor, you’ll find eight beautifully crafted suites, each secured with its own access card. Inside, the rooms combine elegant wood and locally sourced fabrics and feature top-tier amenities like Nespresso coffee machines, Dyson hair dryers, and JBL speaker/clocks. Each room boasts its own balcony with stunning views of the Caribbean Sea.

With your stay at Villa Tulkal, you’ll have access to the most iconic amenities that the neighboring Hilton Resort has to offer, including the beach club and various restaurants. For adventure and exploration, Tulum is just a short drive away, offering epic nightlife, exquisite dining, and rich cultural experiences. Playa del Carmen, with its world-famous 5th Avenue, is a 40-minute drive away. You can also venture out for some cenote hopping or discover lesser-known beach enclaves in the area, making you fall completely in love with the Riviera Maya.
