OUTDOOR AREAS The outdoor areas are spacious and include an infinity pool surrounded by luxuriously comfortable sun loungers, parasols and a day bed where the magnificent views can be fully appreciated. There is a chill out area located by the pool with comfortable outdoor furniture as well as a large outdoor dining table with seating for 12 people, a BBQ and parking space for several cars. LIVING AREAS There are 2 spacious lounge areas, the open plan lounge on the ground floor opens out onto the huge terrace which leads to the pool area; this open plan living area boasts a comfortable sofa, a large TV and a dining area for 8 people, there is also a breakfast bar seating 2 people leading to the kitchen. The second lounge is located on the first floor and also opens onto a terrace, where amazing panoramic views over Playa D'en Bossa and to the sparkling Mediterranean can be enjoyed. The modern, fully equipped kitchen comes with all appliances such as a fridge, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, juicer, coffee machine etc. There is air conditioning throughout the property as well as access to WiFi and a music system. The separate laundry room is equipped with a washer, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board and is accessed from outside.
