From the property, there are open views over the Santa Eulalia countryside, the surrounding plain, and the sea in the distance. Santa Eulalia is reachable in approximately five minutes, while Ibiza town is about seven minutes away, offering a balance between tranquility and convenient connections.
The villa offers six suites within a built area of 480 sqm, surrounded by nature and Mediterranean light. Each suite includes its own living area and a complete bathroom fitted with rain drop showers. The main kitchen, living room, and dining room are arranged in an open-plan concept, all facing the swimming pool.
