Son Servera Deluxe is a completely renovated villa, with a pool and front-line access to the sea, surrounded by a lush garden with total privacy.

Outside has various relaxing areas with sofas, hammocks and Balinese beds both on the ground floor and on the huge terrace located on the first floor, which boasts stunning views of the sea. The covered outdoor dining areas are great for enjoying meals alfresco, and you have a choice of either a double wood / charcoal barbecue or a gas barbecue.

On the ground floor you will find a spacious entrance, from where you access the large living room with a feature 'hanging' fireplace and views to the sea.

From the living room, the front terrace can be accessed, where the outdoor dining room is located overlooking the pool and the sea.

The kitchen is of the highest quality, with designer appliances and furniture. It also has direct access to a porch with a high table and stools, located nearby the aforementioned barbecue. Next to the kitchen there is also a guest toilet.

On the first floor, there is a second living room as well as a very large terrace with spectacular views of the sea, several sofa areas, a table tennis table and a jacuzzi.
