This wonderful property is located on the North West coast of Ibiza on the cliffs of Na Xamena. The villa is a modern oasis with a 360° view, high above the Mediterranean Sea and boasts absolutely stunning architecture. The village of San Miguel is not far, where there are an array of shops, a supermarket and several bars and restaurants line the beach, including the Port Balansat - heralded by many as one of the best fish restaurants on the island.
Puerto de San Miguel boasts a beautifully sandy beach with clear, shallow waters. There are lots of water-sports, including waterskiing, windsurfing and a diving school. It is the ideal property for couples or groups looking to experience all the excitement of Ibiza, while enjoying privacy, the sea and the countryside of the island.
OUTDOOR AREAS
It is a modern 570 m2 house surrounded by its own private 4,000 m2, perfectly maintained Mediterranean garden and lawns. There is a fabulous roof terrace equipped with a sound system, ideal for relaxing in the evening watching the sunset over the bay. The chill out area is positioned beside the large 79 m2 swimming pool and there is a spacious outdoor dining area. Other outdoor features include table tennis, Petanque court, daybeds and outdoor bathroom facilities.
LIVING AREAS
Inside has been beautifully furnished - there is a spacious open plan lounge area, dining area and fully equipped modern Gaggenau guest kitchen with all modern appliances, there is also an additional industrial kitchen. Other indoor facilities include underfloor heating and air conditioning in every room, satellite TV, Apple TV, DVD player, a Sonos sound system with iDock station in every room, WiFi in all rooms and terraces and an alarm system. The property also boasts a sauna, laundry room and wine cellar. Separate to the main house there is a staff apartment. The couple are onsite 6 days per week to prepare breakfast and for cleaning and maintenance purposes.
