Inside, the villa is bright and airy, with sunlight reflecting off polished travertine floors and crisp white walls accented by vibrant artwork. Antique furnishings are thoughtfully paired with deep, comfortable sofas, striking a balance between classic character and modern comfort. French doors open onto shaded terraces overlooking the private pool, allowing indoor and outdoor living to flow seamlessly. Upstairs, panoramic windows reveal 360-degree views across the surrounding countryside and distant mountains.

Casa Selvamar accommodates up to ten guests across five stylish double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. One bedroom is located on the ground floor and is adapted for wheelchair users. All bedrooms feature king-size beds dressed in fine King of Cotton linens, air conditioning, underfloor heating in the bathrooms, premium toiletries, and access to private terraces. The master suite includes a freestanding spoon bathtub and a spacious double shower. Two additional guest WCs are also available.

Outdoor living is central to the villa experience. A 14-metre private swimming pool invites leisurely swims, enhanced by a swan-neck massage jet and optional child-safety fencing.
