To the golf course and sandy beach of Camp de Mar it is about 8 minutes by car. Palma with its famous old town quarter and the cathedral can be reached in about 25 minutes and the airport is about 30 minutes’ drive away.
The 1,800 m² south-facing plot offers an incomparable view of the open sea. The outstanding quality of the construction and its execution determine the value of this villa.
